Who We Want

Customer Service Officer Job Responsibilities: - Call and make appointment with client - Follow up calls/email, handling customer inquiries - Achieve monthly sales target and daily KPI Requirement: - ‘O’ level or higher. - No experience required, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (company will provide training) - English speaking and ability to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage. - Must be responsible, good interpersonal & communication skills. - Basic knowledge in computer. *Malaysian is welcome to apply.
