Pan Pacific Bosun Oilfield Technology DMCC (hereinafter referred to as “PPBosun DMCC”) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tianjin Pan Pacific Bosun Oilfield Technology Ltd, who is one of oilfield technical services companies with total registered capital RMB 25 million, based in China, headquarter locate in Beijing, and subsidiaries of Beijing Branch, and Dubai Branch, and also have the Shanghai Representative Office and Shenzhen Representative Office, Tanggu base in Tianjin. The scope of PPBosun business covers the field services in the area of petroleum drilling, completion, fracturing (for unconventional oil & gas field development), maintenance and production operations, surface facility engineering, construction, commissioning, Startup, Project Management Consultant service etc.
