Who We Want

Sales&Customer Service Supervisor Responsibilities Follow up the quota calls to the customers, liaise with customers, promote the product and establish cooperation. Establish new client relationships. provide online service support and respond to customers’ feedbacks in a timely manner. Resolve customer’s enquiries, complaints and feedbacks. Any other duties on assigned. Qualifications At least 1 year experience in sales or online service related field. Familiar with CRM, Finance, and mobile application. Knowledge of financial markets is preferred. Adapt at working in high pressure environments with strict deadlines and multiple deliverables. Proficient in communication, oral and write. Local language is necessary, English and Mandarin is preferred. Demonstrates diverse cultural understanding and be efficiency working with global teams. Able to work on rotating shift (including weekdays and weekends) HR&Admin officer Responsibilities Provide general administrative support. Assist to formulate manpower recruitment strategies, implement and execute recruitment. Ability to prioritize work and multitask to ensure timely completion of projects. Any other duties on assigned. Qualifications Good interpersonal and communication skills. At least 2 years working experience in the related field is required. Must be responsible, independent and well organized. Proficient in communication, oral and write. Local language is necessary, English and Mandarin is preferred. Demonstrates diverse cultural understanding and be efficiency working with global teams.
