The Heals Engineering team provides highly available infrastructure for all health processes across all Heals services. All this is built on top of mostly Kubernetes clusters across all public and private clouds. In this role you will have the opportunity to apply your skills to maintain and scale robust and scalable software. What you will be doing in this role: - Developing Cloud Reliability, both on the software and database side - Develop & Maintain highly scalable backend & Infrastructure - Migrate services and data to drop legacy services as needed - Participating in brainstormings and refining features requirements with PMs and other stakeholders - Figuring out solutions for tech challenges we face - Evaluating new technologies for the platform Who you are: - Knowledge of some of the following: Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, Docker, Jenkins - Knowledge of some of the following: PostgreSQL, MSSQL, MariaDB, MongoDB, Redis - Decent understanding of horizontal scaling, cloud agnostic architecture, CI/CD, Jenkins - Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills - Positive, hard-working and committed team player - Self-motivated and able to work independently - Fast learner who enjoys coding and working with the latest tech - Able, willing and excited to work in a fast paced collaborative startup environment Frontend Engineer What you will be doing in this role: - Crafting beautiful UIs for our users - Developing new user facing features based on requirements - Introduction to highly scalable backend & Infrastructure - Some backend, infra or database knowledge is a plus - Participating in brainstorming and refining features requirements with PMs and other stakeholders - Improving and refactoring our current codebases - Figuring out solutions for tech challenges we face - Evaluating new technologies for the platform
