SQE Section Head Responsibilities:- Lead & Manage SQE team at daily incoming QC operation, New Supplier Approval, Supplier Performance Evaluation & Supplier PPAP activities. To manage material issues at Production, from Customer complaint & Field Return (RMA). To review SQE Competency and determine resources or knowledge required to cope with business requirements. To identify training needs and prepare training plan & arrange training to SQE/IQC staffs. To compile quality data, analyze and action plan for quality improvement to meet department KPIs. To review & approve for New Supplier Qualification & Supplier Performance Scoring. To drive / motive subordinates for Quality improvement projects. To compile & report to SQE Objectives / KPI Performance with action plan for Management review. Lead SQE team for all audits included internal, Customers or third parties. Requirements:- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent. Required language(s): Mandarin, English. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Applicants must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas. Well understanding of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / ISO 13485 Standard Requirements. Possess experiences in Supplier Auditing Skills & Supplier Performance. Well practice with QC 7 Tools, MSA, FMEA Control Plan & SPC Tools, PPAP / PSW. Knowledge / Practices in any QC Sampling Technique & Standards such as ISO2859-1, ANSI Z1.4 / Z1.9. Ability to lead for Material Review Boards with cross function team such as Production and Engineering. Knowledge in Microsoft Office. Full-Time position available.
